Can't stop nibbling? Chew gum. The thought of mixing minty gum with
food is usually enough to turn you off noshing in between mealtimes.
Doesn't work for you? Try sniffing peppermint...it's known to curb
appetite. Always make sure you're hydrated and eating enough good food
at regular intervals and you won't be tempted to graze.
