It's simple, if you believe the weird science that we've heard over
the past year.
Here's a roundup, from Allure magazine:
GET A MANICURE: A study in the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
journal reported that a woman's hands looked more youthful when she
wore rings and nail polish.
HAVE MORE SEX: Women in committed relationships who had sex at least
three times a week were perceived as ten years younger, said a Royal
Edinburgh Hospital study.
SCENT YOURSELF: A study at Chicago's Smell & Taste Treatement and
Research Foundation found that when women wore a mixture of grapefruit
and baby powder notes, men rated them six years younger. (Get the
scent, Timeless View, at smellandtaste.org.)
FIX YOUR TEETH: Long teeth look youthful (quite the opposite for
horses), but as we age, teeth erode and shorten. New York City
cosmetic dentist Mark Lowenberg recommends bonding or veneers to cover
teeth.
