Looking to get a little more luscious? Give milk a rest if you're
prone to pimples. Dairy, according to the Journal of the American
Academy of Dermatology, along with shellfish and other foods that
contain iodine, may aggravate acne. Switching to an organic version of
milk might clear up the problem. Cows are fed iodine-enriched feed to
prevent infection. Organic milk contains less iodine than regular milk.
