We probably all know by now that expensive and scary treatments like
liposuction can help cellulite, and that we should be drinking lots of
water, reducing our saturated fat intake, and avoiding caffeine. Bo-
ring.
The latest travesty in the long list of What Do I Have to Cut Out Now
in the Name of Health: Sunbathing. Not only does the sun contribute to
wrinkles and skin cancer, it increases cellulite, because collagen
breakdown lets the flab poke through (gross). So, while a tan may
temporarily help the problem by making dimples less noticeable, in the
long term, you're exacerbating your orange peel skin. Not exactly what
you want to hear.
