Perfect Pearls, Perfect Customer Service

The employee at Stop & Shop who sighed and rolled her eyes while waiting on me...the dry cleaner who refused to fix my neighbor's ruined sweater...the car dealership that sold my friend a car with a small chip in the windshield...

These awful customer service messages baffle me, because the company I work for rocks. Here's a recent customer letter:

I am always so pleased with Moon River Pearls! The order is always exact, packed well, shipped ASAP-and the pearls! OHHH!!!! Top quality! I adore the mother of pearl beads and black ribbon necklace! It is stellar! When I asked questions about it, you answered promptly and accurately!
Whenever I need to buy pearls, I come to you. Never a disappointment and never a return or error! Thank-you so much! I enjoy all the information you provide on pearls also-and pearl care.
