Sniff your way slim...

People who regularly sniffed peppermint ate 23 percent fewer calories per week, according to a study from Wheeling Jesuit University in West Virginia. Don't tempt yourself with a Peppermint Patty; chew sugarless mint gum or sniff peppermint extract to beat a craving. Sweet!
