Here's how it works: Fantasy Fashion is similar to Fantasy Football in
that you draft a "fantasy" team, but this one consists of designers
like Armani, Manolo Blahnik, Vera Wang...you get the picture. Earn
points when your designers do well. From the site: "If your designer
is in the news, you earn points. If a magazine cover features your
designer's gown, pants, etc. you receive points. If a celebrity wears
a gown or tux by one of your designers on the Oscar's red carpet, you
receive points. The more exposure your designers receive, the more
points you earn."
Gather a team of your friends and sign up at the URL above. Pick five
fashion-minded pals or play as an individual and get hooked up with a
public league. Fantasy Fashion is only $18 per person and ends with
the fantasy fahion Superbowl: the Oscars of course.
Not interested? You could always do like my friend Hanna does: Combine
fashion and football. Really annoy your mate by choosing your fantasy
football teams based on who has the best uniform (or team name). Hey,
