Here are some unique fast beauty tips you can do on the run...literally.
Once a week, slather on a deep, thick hair conditioner before your
workout. The sun's rays (if you're running outside) and your body heat
allow the product to really penetrate your shafts.
Post blow-dry, coat flyaways with clear mascara.
Wear tinted moisturizer with SPF. Save three steps in one swipe.
Make your own body scrub, quickly. Combine equal amounts of olive oil
and sugar. Exfoliate and moisturize at once.
Use liquid eyeliner for instant glamour. Or wear sunglasses and red
lipstick. Voila...movie-star gorgeous.
